By registering for, attending, or participating in Atlas Digital Summit ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Attendee") and Atlas Digital Summit ("Organizer"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with material changes communicated via email to registered attendees.
The Event is designed for professionals in the datacenter, hosting, and digital infrastructure industries.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in revocation of your registration without refund.
Registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation email. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Organizer. Attempting to sell, auction, or transfer your ticket without authorization will result in cancellation without refund.
Valid photo identification matching your registration details is required for Event entry. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.
VIP tickets include exclusive benefits as described during registration. The Organizer reserves the right to modify VIP benefits with reasonable notice. VIP tickets are subject to industry qualification requirements.
Atlas Digital Summit is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and potential prohibition from future events. The Organizer's decision on enforcement matters is final.
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. You acknowledge that participation in any Event activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activities, and networking events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the Event.
All content presented at the Event, including presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers and the Organizer unless otherwise stated.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Event content without prior written permission from the content owner.
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and future Event marketing.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform Event staff at registration. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, though we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media.
Complimentary VIP tickets are non-refundable but may be cancelled with notice.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, registered attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees. The Organizer is not liable for any additional expenses incurred, including travel or accommodation costs.
The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Organizer may postpone or cancel the Event, with refunds or credits issued at the Organizer's discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
