Introducing the Automatic Visa Invitation Letter Generator
A faster, self-serve way for international attendees to prepare their Schengen visa application.

Getting to Reykjavik should be the easy part. For many of our international attendees, however, a Schengen visa application is a required first step — and one of the documents consulates most often ask for is a formal letter of invitation from the event organizer.
Historically, that meant emailing our team, waiting for a reply, exchanging details, and hoping the letter arrived in time for a consulate appointment. Not anymore.
A self-serve tool for approved attendees
We've launched an Automatic Visa Invitation Letter Generator for Atlas Digital Summit 2026. Approved and invited attendees can fill in a short form and instantly download a professionally formatted PDF invitation letter — ready to submit alongside their visa application.
The letter includes everything a consular officer typically expects to see:
- Attendee's full legal name, passport number, and nationality
- Employer, job title, and business address
- Confirmed travel dates to and from Iceland
- Official event dates, venue, and recommended hotel
- Purpose of visit and clear statement of financial responsibility
- Signature block from the summit's founder and producing company
Built with privacy in mind
The generator runs entirely in your browser. The information you enter is used only to render the PDF locally — nothing is stored on our servers, and no personal data is transmitted after you click download. That means faster turnaround, and full control over your own sensitive details.
How to use it
- Visit atlasdigitalsummit.com/visa-letter
- Complete the form with your passport, employer, and travel details
- Confirm the three attendee acknowledgements
- Click Generate & Download PDF — your invitation letter is ready
A few important notes
The tool is intended for attendees who have already been approved or invited to the summit. As always, issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval — final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We recommend applying as early as possible, especially if you are traveling from a country where Schengen appointments book out weeks in advance.
Questions or need something adjusted on your letter? Reach out to our team and we'll help personally.
We're looking forward to welcoming you to Reykjavik on September 28–29, 2026.
